WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

Step 1. Let’s Chat

An obligation -free call gives you the chance to find out how I work with my couples, and me the chance to discover any of your wedding plans & ideas. If we’re a good match, you can lock me in as your marriage celebrant.

Step 2. confirm your booking

Payment of the 50% booking fee confirms your booking and secures me for your big day. The balance is due 4 weeks out from your ceremony date.

Step 3. Lodge YOUR IntenT TO MARRY

Your Notice of Intended Marriage form must be lodged with your marriage celebrant at least one month before your ceremony date. I will provide the necessary form with instructions on how to complete and once I receive the completed form, your intent is officially lodged.

I will also need to sight proof of birth documentation (passports or original birth certificates) and if you’ve been married before, any relevant divorce or death certificates.

Step 4. Create Your Dream Ceremony

Approximately six months out from your ceremony, I will give you access to my Ceremony Planning Portal - this is where you will find ideas for ways to create a unique ceremony, tips & examples for your vows and lots of inspo.

My Couples Questionnaire enables you to spill the beans so that I can uncover the details around your love story, weaving those beautiful insights into a captivating ceremony, written just for you.

Step 5. Let’s Make It Happen

In the days before, we’ll meet for a pre-ceremony catch up / casual rehearsal, completing the last legal forms, giving you lots of tips and chatting through ceremony details. On the day, I arrive 40 minutes early with my wireless PA system ready to share your beautiful story and officially declare the two of you married!

Step 6. Knot Tied

All legal documents are lodged with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

I don’t share my fees online because I need to know more about what you’re looking for.

As soon as I receive your enquiry, I’ll send you a detailed quote based on when & where your ceremony is, what you’re looking for - whether it’s a simple ‘legals' only’ ceremony, intimate elopement, micro wedding or larger scale affair.

I can tell you that my pricing reflects what I bring to your ceremony - the experience, the connection, the ability to bring the calm, and the fun!

DO YOU HAVE A PA?

I sure do, and it’s the very best, a Bose S1 with a fancy Sennheiser mic, making sure every single one of your guests hears your ceremony loud and clear. You can play your music through it too.

DO YOU OFFER A PLANNING SERVICE?

Absolutely, I work with a hand-picked team of highly sought-after suppliers and offer elopement packages for those lovers who like the idea of eloping to Byron Bay mid week.
